Francis Africa, a Partner, leads the the Labor and Litigation Group of the Firm. His practice areas include corporate law, mining, transportation, labor, litigation, real estate and banking.
Kiko has an extensive experience in litigation covering civil, criminal, tax, corporate, and labor related disputes. He is also exposed to various compliances and regulatory work in relation to transportation law, among others.
Kiko was formerly connected with Ponce Enrile Reyes & Manalastas (PECABAR) and Santiago & Santiago Law Offices. He then established his own practice, Cauton & Africa, before joining the firm. He was formerly a Vice President of RAMCAR.
A member of the Philippine Bar since 2005, he holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University.
