ALLAN S. JAO is a Litigation and Corporate Counsel of the Firm. With more than fifteen years in the practice of law, Allan is an experienced litigator, negotiator, and researcher. He previously acted as a managing associate of a law firm based in Ortigas Center. He also held management level law department and corporate positions in various companies including Toyota Balintawak Inc. and Wallem Philippines Shipping Inc. Early on in his career, Allan was also a Public Attorney in Mandaluyong City.
A member of the Philippine Bar since 2002, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
