Clarizze May P. Cajigal

CLARIZZE MAY P. CAJIGAL is a Junior Associate and currently a member of the Litigation, Labor, Intellectual Property and Real Property Departments of the Firm.

Clarizze is involved in the Firm’s litigation practice, appearing in courts for the numerous civil, criminal, and administrative cases handled by the firm. Her practice also includes corporate secretarial matters, corporate restructuring, and protection of intellectual property rights.

Clarizze graduated from De La Salle University-Manila with a degree in AB Organizational Communication. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at San Beda University-Manila in 2020 and passed the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations with an Exemplary Performance.

In her senior year in law school, she served in the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau, the law school’s legal clinic that provides free legal services to indigent clients.
Clarizze’s recent transactions include handling the following:
• Corporate restructuring;
• Appeal of the trademark registration of a major retail company in the Philippines;
• Labor matters of various companies;
• Extrajudicial foreclosure of properties; and
• Civil and criminal cases filed before quasi-judicial bodies and lower and appellate courts.
