DYAN ANGELA A. DE LA FUENTE-TANDINGAN is a Senior Associate and member of the Tax, Real Estate and Corporate Departments of the Firm.

Dyan’s practice involves a wide array of engagements such as estate planning and settlement, national and local tax audit investigation, customs and international trade, cross-border corporate transactions, tax law litigation, family law litigation,  general corporate services, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate restructuring.

Prior to joining the Firm, she was affiliated with SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), a Philippine member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited (EY). She primarily handled accounts for multinational and local companies including sectors from the automobile, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, media, and service industries.

Dyan finished her Accelerated Management Program from the National University of Singapore – Business School in 2022. She received her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College – Manila in 2015. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from the same school in 2010, where she graduated with Academic Distinction.
