DYAN ANGELA A. DE LA FUENTE is a Senior Associate and a member of the Tax and Corporate Departments of the Firm.

Dyan’s practice involves a wide array of engagements such as representing clients before various government agencies including the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs, Securities and Exchange Commission, and local government units. Prior to joining the Firm, she was affiliated with SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), a Philippine member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited, as a Senior Associate. She primarily handled retainer accounts for multinational and local companies including sectors from the automobile, pharmaceutical, mining, media, and service industries.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Legal Management, from San Beda College – Manila in 2010 where she graduated with Academic Distinction. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the same school in 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in 2016. Dyan was a member of the Civil Law Subject Committee of San Beda College Bar Operations during her legal studies.

Dyan’s recent transactions include advising on:

• BIR and local tax audit investigations;
• Cases filed before lower courts and the Court of Tax Appeals;
• Customs and international trade;
• Domestic mergers and acquisitions; and
• Corporate Restructuring and cross-border transactions.
