EUREKA D. CANDARI, is a Mid-Level Associate and a member of the Corporate Services and Technology Media and Telecommunications Department of the Firm.

Eureka’s practice includes general corporate law, contract management, corporate restructuring, business incorporation, legal due diligence, labor, and civil litigation, and ad hoc consulting. Prior to joining the Firm, she was also a Faculty Member at St. Thomas More School of Law and Business and taught subjects on Sales, Statutory Construction, and Legal Ethics.

A member of the Philippine Bar since 2018, Eureka received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from San Beda College-Alabang. She also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Asian Institute of Management, with a concentration in Sustainable Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts from the University of Philippines – Mindanao for her undergraduate studies. She also completed a certificate course in Negotiations from SKOLKOVO, Moscow School of Management, Russia, and participated in a course offered by the Yale School of Management on Global Virtual Teams (GVT), Working in a Multicultural Team.

Eureka’s recent transactions and tasks include the following:

• Contract Drafting and Negotiations across various sectors*
• Created a Quality Assurance Process for company contracts*
• Drafting of pleadings including appeals and petitions, before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court*
