Froilyn P. Doyaoen-Pagayatan is a Tax Counsel of the Firm. Ms. Pagaytan has been specializing in Corporate, Taxation, and Commercial laws for more than 20 years now. She was Tax Director of SGV & Co. and was Junior Partner in a law firm in Makati City.  She is also a faculty member of the University of the Philippines College of Law, Mapua University School of Business and Management, and University of Makati College of Continuing, Advance and Continuing Studies.  She is a regular speaker on Taxation, Commercial, and Succession laws of the University of the Philippines Law Center Paralegal Training Program and Mandatory Continuing Learning and Education (MCLE).  

Ms. Pagayatan finished her college education from Saint Louis University with a degree in Political Science, Magna cum Laude, in 1996.  She graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2000 and passed the bar and became a lawyer in 2001. She is a candidate for Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
