Luis Teodoro B. Pascua
Junior Associate
Luis Teodoro B. Pascua is a Junior Associate and a member of the Firm’s Litigation, Corporate Services, Data Privacy, Anti-money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), and Intellectual Property Departments.
As a member of the litigation team, Luis handles civil and criminal cases, as well as disputes related to labor and foreign aid and development. Luis’ practice also covers corporate services, which include assisting in the establishment of businesses in the Philippines, providing legal advice in corporate restructuring, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Luis also handles intellectual property matters, which include the representation of clients before the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines in filing and prosecuting applications of international and local trademarks.
Luis served as the President of the Ateneo Society of International Law. He participated in international law moot court competitions, such as the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition (focusing on International Trade Law), Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition, and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, in which he was awarded 3rd Best Oralist in the International Rounds (2023).
Luis received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School and became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University.
