Counsel
Mark Anthony C. De Leon is a Counsel of the Firm. His practice focuses on corporate/financial rehabilitation and insolvency. A seasoned litigator, he has vast experience in handling creditor-initiated petitions for corporate rehabilitation of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), debtor-initiated petitions for corporate rehabilitation, and corporate debt restructuring during his stints at Puyat Jacinto & Santos, Puno & Puno, and SyCip Salazar Hernandez and Gatmaitan.
Before joining the Firm, he was Director for Procurement Management, Good Governance, and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCC) and concurrent head of the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) at Malacanang.
His practice areas in the Firm include litigation, labor, and public procurement, among others. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science, Major in Management, and Minor in Legal Management, and a Juris Doctor (Second Honors, Ranked #11 in the class) from the Ateneo de Manila University. He placed 13th in the Philippine Bar Examinations.
