MONIQUE G. BUGNOSEN is a Junior Associate and currently a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Tax, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Departments.

Monique’s practice includes corporate secretarial matters and compliances before regulatory bodies such as Local Government Units, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other administrative bodies. Her work with the Firm also involves corporate and commercial dealings such as mergers and acquisitions and legal due diligence. She has previously handled Litigation matters, appearing in courts for criminal cases and quasi-judicial bodies for administrative cases.

Prior to joining the Firm, she was affiliated with RG Manabat & Co, a Philippine member of KPMG Global.

During her legal studies, she was a member of the San Beda Human Right Advocates League and San Beda College of Law Bar Operations. She also participated in internship programs with the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), KPMG-RG Manabat & Co., and Sycip, Salazar, Hernandez & Gatmaitan.

A member of the Philippine Bar since 2022, Monique received her Juris Doctor from San Beda University College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
