SHIRLEY D. SISON is a Tax Counsel of the firm. Shy has vast training in the field of tax law. Her extensive experience includes developing and implementing tax-efficient structures, analyzing complex tax cases, providing tax advice, and acting as counsel to multinational corporations, cross-border transactions, estate planning, handling audits, assessments & tax litigation, national and local government tax issues, applications for tax reliefs & rulings. She also has experience in customs law. Shy has likewise represented various industry associations in the deliberations and discussions of proposed tax and customs legislation.

Shy was formerly a Senior Tax Associate at Quasha Ancheta Peña & Nolasco. She then became the Country Tax Manager of Chevron Philippines, Inc. and later the VP-Head of Tax of Nestlé Philippines, Inc.

A member of the Philippine Bar since 2002, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the Ateneo de Manila University. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the same university
