VINCENT PAUL L. SAAVEDRA, a Senior Partner, leads the Tax Group of the Firm. He is also part of the Corporate and Litigation Groups. His practice areas include taxation, general corporate law, real estate, litigation, international and domestic trade.

Vince has been recognized by various international organizations for his work, including the International Tax Review (World Tax).

He has extensive experience in estate and tax planning structures and implementation, tax audits and examinations, local taxation, and has rendered various advisory legal opinions on corporate and tax matters, for local and international clients.

He also has a diverse experience in litigation covering civil, criminal, tax, corporate, and labor-related disputes. He represents local and international clients before the regular and appellate courts, as well as in other quasi-judicial agencies.

Vince is a member of the Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP).
