HAROLD B. MEDINA is a Junior Associate and a member of the Litigation, Labor, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Fintech, and Energy Departments.
Harold’s practice includes litigation and labor law, with experience in pre-litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and trial advocacy. He also advises organizations on data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and regulatory compliance in the technology, media, telecommunications, and energy sectors.
Prior to pursuing law, Harold was a senior high school teacher and taught communication, media, humanities, and research. During law school, he served as a volunteer with the UP Law Bar Operations Commission and completed internships with the Free Legal Assistance Group and the UP Office of Legal Aid.
A member of the Philippine Bar since 2025, Harold earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
