MIKEE ESTELLA GEM P. APOSTOL is a Junior Associate and a member of the Firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Fintech, Corporate, Banking & Finance, and Energy Departments.

Mikee’s practice covers a full range of corporate services, which includes corporate secretarial duties, such as maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and good corporate governance practices.  She also assists businesses with the incorporation process, manages corporate transactions like mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and performs detailed due diligence.

During her legal studies, Mikee was the Vice President for Finance of the San Beda Law Debate Circle, and a member of San Beda International Law Society and San Beda Legal Aid Bureau.

A member of the Philippine Bar, Mikee received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from San Beda University—College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and passed the Medical Technology Licensure Examinations in 2017.
